| Responsibilities: | • Providing comprehensive Design & Project implementation services to our clients in the fields of Building and Infrastructure Construction. • Require to carry out design activities that are cost-effective and comply with clientsĄŻ specifications and statutory regulations • Co-ordinate with internal parties to resolve interface issues and technical clarification. • Manage project issues, budgets and schedules. • Preparation of tender documentations. • Attendance of site meeting with client and external consultants • Other duties as assigned. |

| Requirements: | • Malaysian citizens only. • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university • 1-5 years working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. • Required languages: English/Malay/Chinese • Mechanical, experience in one or more of the followings: HVAC, Fire Fighting System, Lift, BAS, Sewerage or Water Supply Pumping System. Knowledge of prevailing local codes/ statutory requirements and international codes such as ASME, API, NS, NFPA, etc. pertaining to building services design & installation. • Electrical, experience in one or more of the followings: High and Medium Voltage System, Electrical Building Services, Extra Low Voltage Building services and Electrical Infrastructural work. • Familiar with local design and code requirements. • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD software. • Able to communicate effectively with clients and authorities. • Excellent planning and organization skills. • Good personality as well as able to work independently. • Possess own transport. • Able to start work immediately. |
